Our service begins right with your arrival: A UGRS employee will pick you up at the reception desk, help you with the registration formalities and accompany to your room or your pre-operative discussion. This employee will be available to you throughout your entire stay to handle all of your questions and requests. Both the preliminary examinations required for the surgery as well as the pre-operative discussion, the ward round and the changing of bandages after the surgery are generally performed calmly with sufficient time taken by your surgeon.
Our high-quality planning that has proven itself for years naturally guarantees high-quality care on site in Palma de Mallorca at all times. Even long after your surgery. Your patient attendant as well as a UGRS specialist will, of course, always be available to you on site in the period following your surgery. Your surgeon will then perform any follow-up checks that may be required. Naturally our patients can also switch between the locations. They can therefore have the surgery performed in Palma de Mallorca, for example, but then have any follow-up checks carried out in Frankfurt.
When you leave the clinic again after your surgery you will receive a 24-hour emergency hotline number that you can use to reach our surgeons at any time. But there is no need to worry, for you will not need it. If you have a doctor who is treating you in your home location (such as your physician), upon request we will be glad to contact your doctor to explain the procedure that was performed.
