The following general terms and conditions are governed by German law. They apply in addition to or in place of the relevant laws governing relations between the visitor to this website and the UGRS portal.

Statements made by doctors during individual consultations are binding in each case and are neither affected nor limited by the following provisions.

We are committed to informally providing patients from the German-speaking world with preliminary information, arranging appointments as optimally as possible, trying to ease or remove any obstacles that may exist and providing patients with as much post-op information as possible.
UGRS Medical is an information portal whose hotline staff is a separate secretarial team that directs patients to the appropriate doctor for their specific enquiry.
The texts published on our homepage are based on information provided by the operating surgeons. They are reports of average cases and are therefore not binding for individual patients. A personal consultation must and will be held with the surgeon in all cases.
The secretarial team represented on this website (UGRS Medical) is not identical with the clinics, neither physically nor in terms of its responsibilities, but rather is a separate contact point where patients can anonymously obtain information. UGRS Medical is a cooperation partner of the European Institute for UGRS and is personally responsible for operating this website under licence.
We do not assume any responsibility for the correctness or completeness of the content published on this website. Moreover, we cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur as a result of a patient trusting in the correctness and completeness of the content published on this website. We expressly reserve the right to edit the content of this website.
